This individual is responsible for assisting in developing and executing field communications strategy. Key job duties include the following:

  • Act as owner of field communications in defined geography.

  • Help develop strategy that focuses on building Robert Half's reputation in local markets.

  • Develop content upon request from field leaders that aligns with strategy and supports key business messages.

  • Proactively identify new ideas for content to propose to field leadership that furthers field communications strategy.

  • Ensure that all communications have tone and style consistent with brand.

  • Select the appropriate content channels and vehicles for key messages, factoring in social channels, infographics, video, etc.

  • Work closely with field communications colleagues, plus field marketing and business communications teams, to align on strategy, messaging and deliverables.

  • Manage field external presentation program in defined geography – ensure speakers have appropriate and updated content.

  • Work with marketing team to uncover new speaking opportunities.

  • Work with business communications team to evaluate when content needs updating and when new topics should be added to presentation library.

  • Manage local community relations efforts, assisting teams with navigating RH's matching gifts program and promoting local community support activities.

  • Manage and promote RH signature community relations programs at field level, including Robert Half Suit Drive and Holiday Giving campaigns.

  • Help pursue, secure and promote local accolades – focus on top recruiters, community champions, women leaders and RH as employer of choice in local markets.

  • In partnership with social media team, help develop and execute field social media strategy, including creating fresh content, updating profiles for field leadership and training leaders on ways to build their own social media presence.

  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of communications and content programs and projects

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a communications or public relations role

  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and public speaking skills

  • Outstanding organizational skills that help keep entire field communications team organized with most-used content accessible and easy to find

  • Superior customer service mindset, including the ability to interact with all levels of field leadership with the same responsiveness

  • Capacity to respond quickly and confidently to sometimes urgent need for quality communications on behalf of field leaders

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
