KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Leadership Development to join our Learning & Development organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design, development and implementation of leadership development solutions and other enterprise talent initiatives
  • Manage large- and small-scale program implementation, including vendor management, content and materials development and communication strategy
  • Recommend, design and implement measurement and evaluation strategies to assess impact and outcomes
  • Help to ensure the effective execution of higher-level program evaluation (application, impact studies)
  • Recommend actions based on analysis of evaluation results
  • Lead or support talent and/or Human Resources initiatives as needed and train junior members of the team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in leadership development, executive development, learning and development, organization development or talent management; preferably implementing strategic learning solutions in a large, corporate environment preferably within a professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree in Human Resources, Applied Psychology or Learning Strategies is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing high quality, innovative, large scale leadership development solutions
  • Experience in effectively leading large projects, demonstrating strong organization and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, tracking deadlines & milestones and communicating status while also being attentive to details
  • Ability to influence, collaborate and work effectively with colleagues and senior leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels; strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
